I graduated from Clemson University in May of 2023 with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Genetics and plan to pursue a Ph.D. During undergrad, I worked in Dr. Jennifer Mason's lab on DNA damage repair pathways using homologous recombination via chemotherapeutic treatments. Since joining the Tsvetanova lab, I have been exploring the mechanisms that mediate translational regulation of gene expression downstream of intracellular GPCR signaling in collaboration with Matt Klauer. Outside the lab, I enjoy reading, running, learning French, and writing short stories with my friends!
